Where was the "other" depot down along the James River?

All,
To 'clearify' this photo a little, due to all the bridges, the newest SR
bridge is the one seen faintly top center under the word 'Yard'. And a note
about that: Island Yard is NOT visible in this photo! Island Yard will be
to the bottom of the photo.
