5. Pulaski Anthracite Tipple at Parrott ... ?

As the subject of this post appeared to be a question, I'll answer it in the affirmative.

I recognize the bend in the river as being at "White Rock Curve" on Rt. 600, exactly 1/2 mile "east" of where I grew up. That was at the next trestle westbound where the line crossed Dry Branch

The photo of the tipple was taken looking "west". The rusted remains of the siding where the cars are being loaded are visible in some old posed shots of the Powhatan Arrow. I have at least one here where the old siding and power (and telegraph?) lines hadn't yet been airbrushed out. Those photos were shot looking east.

Thanks for posting this photo. The tipple was long gone by the time I was born.
