At the general Membership  meeting as I recall just before you entered at
the back so you may have missed it.  Rick had just reported on membership
they ask for ideas 
I threw that out and Tim flatly refused it said we was not giving any kind
of membership away it would not be fair to others members .

When was this rejected? I do not recall hearing it brought to the board. 

If you look at page 3 of the last Arrow, I think you see something like this
in there in my column.
