[Slowhand] Doyle volume

 It is not Doyle's fault he was too loud. An individual amp on stage at a
venue like RAH is not going to blow anybody away except maybe front row
seat.I sat right behind the soundboard at the RAH show 2nd night.
During Doyle's set, all the settings were in the red and the sound man did
not do one thing to adjust them!
Doyle had a different mix than EC and they really didn't care. Usual opening
act apathy.
