[Slowhand] Mayall "70th Birthday Concert" Set List (Update)

The set list, in John Mayall's own handwriting, is available for viewing at
http://www.johnmayall.com/images/SetList.jpg. There were 20 numbers planned,
but they ran out of time and eliminated one track from the encore ("A Hard
Road," on which EC was to play).

So, the 19 tracks on the 2xCD release is the ENTIRE concert.
