[Slowhand] RIP Michael Kamen

Legendary composer and conductor Michael Kamen has passed away in London at 
the age of 55 from a long bout with multiple sclerosis.

No one else I can think of brought rock and classical music together so 
well, and EC fans can hear his work with Eric on the "Concerto For the 
Electric Guitar" piece (as well as many others) from the orchestral nights 
of the Royal Albert Hall run in the early '90s.
