I couldn't agree with you more timesafe. Having had the opportunity of 
seeing him live at the Bottom Line (club is supposed to be shut down 
soon) several times, I can tell you his mastery of the guitar was 
amazing. With his melodicism, feeling, and technique, he leaves other 
gunslingers like Vai and Satch in the dust. To me they're all technique 
no substance or feeling.
