Some SDers asked how the John Mayall & The Bluesbreakers And Friends "70th
Birthday Concert" double-CD set and DVD compare.

FYI, the double-CD set includes the ENTIRE, 19-number concert. John Mayall
planned 20 songs, but they were up against a Liverpool city curfew, so he
cut one song off, resulting in 19. However, they went past the curfew and
Mayall had to pay the fine anyway.

The DVD has 16 tracks, but ALL of the Clapton tracks are on it.

It was reported earlier that the concert was originally 24 songs, but this
is untrue.

You can find the originally planned 20-number track list in Mayall's own

Hard Road" (#19) was eliminated, resulting in a performance set list of 19
total numbers.
