[Slowhand] Auction Answer, Photo question

Regarding the question about who bought Blackie...

When I first got up this morning, I read an article (but can't find it in my "history" now, so I forget the source), and I am almost certain I read that Guitar Center bought Blackie, and at least one of these three: ES-335, The "Unplugged" Martin, and/or SRV's "Lenny." Anyone with more brain cells (as I said, I was just waking up) and/or more resources can hopefully confirm and/or correct this info.

Now for the question:

I am almost done creating a cover for the "Crossroads Festival" set, and I THOUGHT that I had downloaded a photo from one of the news reports that showed Jeff and Eric jamming, but can't find that, either. Anyone who happened to download a good shot or two of them, if you could please e-mail it to me ( jdunaway65 at yahoo.com ), and I will complete this cover. Mark, do you want me to send you the completed cover (of course with a signed affidavit, notarized and fingerprinted -- LOL) to post on your site?

Thanks all,
Jerry

Hi All....
A complete list of the lots and selling prices is now available at
www.whereseric.com. Total sale was $7,438,624 with approximately $6.4
million going to benefit Crossroads Centre - Antigua. Lots of records
broken. Naturally, the sale of Blackie now holds the world auction record
for sale of a guitar at $959,500 (including buyer's premium)
Best,

Hi all,
thanks to Torgrim I'm offering a recording from EC's gig in Manchester 29.4.2004 to 3 first to e-mail me.
I can send CDRs only to slowhanders from EU, sorry (customs are checking CD trades nowadays very carefully).

If anybody has a recording from EC's last concert at RAH on 11.5.2004 I'm interested in trading. I need that as a gift to a friend who was there.

Cheers
Olli
