[Slowhand] responses to my Crossroads All Star Blues Jam offer

Dear Slowhanders,
I've got so many responses to my offer, that I can't
answer to all in short time. I'm busy to insanity.
It's not impoliteness, when I don't answer by return,
it's simple lack of time. I'll come back at least to
those who had special requests. But it may take some
days. 
For the others - I have sent out six copies all
together and I hope there will be reoffers soon.
