[Slowhand] An Old Cream Photo

For those interested in Clapton's history of guitars, I just found this an
Cream photo, from one of their first gigs: 16 August
1966 at London's Marquee Club, on the Jack Bruce official web site.

What's especially interesting here is Clapton's guitar. While it's a Gibson,
appears to be a Les Paul Special (double cutaway).
Notice the dot neck, no body binding, and what appears to be a dark
pickguard outlined in white. Compare to this:
