[Slowhand] Geographic restrictions

A lot has been said about this.
I experienced the way Customs act overhere in Belgium
and I know some other traders that even had less luck
than I still had.
Try to see it this way : it's better to have an offer
been continued with a geographical restriction once
than to have it stopped by confiscation.
There are ways to avoid Custom-problems, but not
everyone has the ability to do so.
