Nice article. Now, an aside to the Texas citizens on the Digest: Does
this mean the collector Tom Jacobson is in possession of stolen
property, i.e. the test pressings of Robert Johnson recordings "taken
(by Frank Driggs) from Columbia Records because he said his bosses
didn't care about blues history".
Where does Tom Jacobson stand i.t.o. your state law - or did he reach a
plea bargain to "donate" an ole letter to the Library of Congress?
