Help.

A good soul sent me the 3 DVD set. I set it up to play as I burned it. But,
I cannot do it. For some unknown reason, all 3 of this discs play excellent
video, and are conspicuously without audio. I can't play 'em and I can't
copy and send them on. Now, I throw myself to your mercy. Would some good
person make me a set? I would be forever grateful.

Ever thought that for once the rest of the world might be right?
The audio stream on these DVDs appears to be MPEG-2, Layer-2.
Maybe you don't have an appropriate Codec?
Try downloading the following VERY useful "K-Lite Mega Codec Pack":
