Thanks to Noah for the great link.  I'd just point out, for those who want to be hypertechnical, that while the general locations on the maps are correct some of the arrows point to the wrong corner - for example, the Fillmore Auditorium is on Geary to the west of Fillmore, not the east, and Winterland was on the northwest corner of Post and Steiner, not the northeast corner.  Sorry to be obsessive about this.
