The Bill Graham database does indeed list a Delaney & Bonnie show 12/28 
& 29/70, but not December of '69. Following are the dates D&B played at 
a Bill Graham Produced show:
5/29-31/69 - Fillmore East (no mention of EC)
2/6-7/70 - Fillmore East (w/EC)
2/19-22/70 - Fillmore West (w/EC). In a six degrees of separation vein, also
                      appearing were The New York Rock and Roll Ensemble 
which was a
                      band formed by Michael Kamen!!
9/11-12/70 - Fillmore East (no mention of EC)
12/26-29/70 - Fillmore West (no mention of EC)
5/14-15/71 - Fillmore East (don't know if they actually played, a note 
states "adv
                     also listed Delaney & Bonnie")
