     It was initially thought that Clapton would follow up the European tour with dates in North America, but he might wait until next year for the release of a career-spanning box set and his autobiography, which will include "every aspect of his personal and musical odyssey, addressing everything that is known and much that is not."


  
     
   
  So what about the JJCale produced cd that was supposed to come out, no mention of that,
