Thanks to James C. Vlahakis and ultimately Bryan Reed, I'm pleased to offer
this fine set to four recipients who are prepared to burn and share. If you
have only a DVD reader, you can extract the files and burn your own set of
CDs, passing the original DVD onward.
I am also offering the supplied 12xCD set to someone without even a DVD
reader; now who's going to admit to that?
I might even stretch to a Braille copy for a congenitally blind person, but
I can't see any point in it.

Please note that the files are FLAC-compressed and will require the
FLAC-Frontend utility, or similar, in order to extract to WAVs. Extraction
logs, FLAC fingerprints and MD5 Checksums/CRCs are included on the DVD, to
ascertain the integrity of the disk's contents.
