I hadn't heard of SM but will be checking out his music on UTube. RichieBlackmore was the guitarist I recall from DeepPurple back when I was a fan of the band, and I know that he has since made music with his wife - so to speak. I kind of "grew out" of my attraction to DP over the yrs, but an ear-bleeding round of Smoke on the Water is "nice" on occasion; isn't it? :-)
