[Slowhand] What do you like about Clapton?

Supposing somebody asked you the above question, and gave you one track to prove to them what it is about Clapton you like, what would you play them? For me it would be either 'After Midnight version 2' off the 'Crossroads' Boxed set or  'White Room' from '24 Nights' or 'Aint nobodys Business' from the NBTB period, what would your's be?
