[Slowhand] Slowhand Masterfile

I need some expert help. I just received a copy of the following:
 
Audio SB5 Shoreline Amphitheatre, Mt. View, CA., 09/21/88 -SH Masterfile 18
 
The sound quality is good, but the audio levels are low and a differ somewhat between CD1 and CD2 (CD1 is lower than 2).
Did I get an "off-copy" of this boot or is this the-way-it-is?
Mark made no mention of this anomaly, which got me to wonder if "my" copy is defective.
