Eileen, Jeff,

I received my Best Buy package today too, without Bonus Tracks, which  
I believed that I ordered. Someone else on the SD wrote the same  
(Jeff, Cc:d above).

We got screwed and we need Best Buy to feel our wrath. There's gotta  
be MORE of us. One good idea would be for us to send in a STANDARD e- 
mail, mentioning the Slowhand Digest and Where'sERIC! so they respond  
to us with CORRECT packages AND their apologies to each an every  
one ... AND to both of the forums I just mentioned.

Needless to say, both the Blonde Rocker and I received Best Buy Order  
Updates, in which they acknowledged a delay, subtracted shipping  
charge, and granted us coupons for $10. But receiving the DVD WITHOUT  
BONUS TRACKS is sort of a kick in the teeth.

BTW, BBDD = Best Buy DVD Disappointment
