Great interview with Lee and I too am curious as to why he and Eric have parted ways.  There's always two sides to a story so it would be interesting to hear Eric's tale but I'm pretty sure he won't speak to it.  Lee has a lot of class, that's for sure, and had the opportunity to bash his former boss but the guy wants to keep working and he's obviously out there looking.  All the best to you Lee!
