[Slowhand] Alternate "Eric Clapton" (self titled) CD?

Some European (German and UK, anyway) copies of "Eric Clapton" have a
slightly different track order, with "Lonesome And A Long Way From
Home" and "I've Told You For The Last Time" reversed. I have a
suspicion this lineup was issued on CD at some point (likely in West
Germany), but I haven't yet been able to find any concrete evidence.
Does anyone have a CD copy of "Eric Clapton" with this alternate
order? And/or one where After Midnight runs to about 3:15, instead of
the normal 2:50?
