I am hoping to have an audience with Congressman Baker soon and discuss in
great detail the LA RSecovery Corp bill.  As I understand it to this point,
it has some pretty good components, but there are still some real questions
that I have about it-- Remember that hardly anyhting that goes into congress
comes out unchanged by the time it hits the floor.
