Is everyone in St. Bernard that was effected by Hurricane Katrina going to
get the $9,000 per resident or per family from FEMA? I read on the St.
Bernard forum on NOLA.com that some people have already received between
$10,000 and $10,500 for personal property.
Thanks
Jen

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) projects that it will

spend a total of $41.4 billion in Katrina/Rita-ravaged Louisiana -
or
about $9,000 per resident.
