[StBernard] Right of Entry form for Demolition

I am in Texas and would also like to know the deadline to turn this form in.
I still have to get items out of my attic before demolition. My husband and
I will not be back to Chalmette until Christmas or just after Christmas.
Can we get the form notarized in Texas before we return to Louisiana?
