[StBernard] Is it legit??

	Does this sound legitimate?  Anybody know of anything like this
going on?
	

FEMA is meeting with home owners in St. Bernard... they have met with my
inlaws (who had insurance) and my father (who did not have insurance) so
far... and they are not yet to my house...
 
I do know of a woman who could not get in touch with her landlord so she met
with FEMA regarding her apartment in St. Bernard...
