	I got mine to consider the fact that 200 miles of storm and wind
came well
	ahaead of any storm surge and water. I explained that in any other
state,
	the fences generally go before the flooding because of wind anyway.

Unfortunately... we had an eye witness... his wife perished... God rest her
soul... anyway... he offered to speak with our insurance...and the next
thing we knew we did receive the full amount for our fence
