[StBernard] permit for power

An electrician PUT UP the pole. I dont know what kind of permit they want.
They say a parish permit. I never had this much trouble dealing with
Medicare and Medicaid most of my life, and that is red tape. But this post
Katrina waiting in line to get another run around is unbelievable.
First Entergy says there is no power. Then they say get a pole and set up
the account. Now they want a permit. Just put the power to the pole and we
pay the darn bill when it comes. 
 
 
	
	    We have a temporary pole and an account number with Entergy for
	power to
	    Gethsemane Lutheran.
	    They tell me to get a 'permit' from the parish. 
	    Can I do that online or via email? I am presently out of town
for a
	couple
	    of days but need to get this done somehow.
