Frankly, I don't know what they do; I haven't used USPS since June, when
they lost all my wedding favors for my reception and then wouldn't give me
any money after ruining things, because it was insured and insurance doesn't
cover loss; only damage. They have also lost my tax returns, rent checks,
anything important I now go through UPS. Its worth paying double to know
that it will get there. Anyhow, I could care less about a PO Box; If we're
not getting delivery, just have a satellite trailer where we can pick up our
own mail; we've had to do everything ourselves anyway, what's the
