Wendy, good point about a basic, significant difference and comparison
between what is deserving and who is deserving of it.

This proves, that even though we have MANY parish citizens displaced, and
not guilty of deserting the ship, but STILL care about what happens to their
family, friends and community, ..oh, so far from parish shores, yet takes
the effort in consideration about fairness and equality, right and wrong,
and what constitutes greed in our take-it and run attitude. Once proving
trash can sit, but it can't hide in our neighborhoods. We need to hunt the
guilty down and proscecute fully. Imagine. 18 checks per person. Tatoos for
everyone!!!! ;^)
