[StBernard] Ex-FEMA chief Brown may be hired by ravaged parish

Well, when you consider he took a lot of the heat for the roll FEMA played,
or didn't play, in the days following Katrina, and then you see how badly
FEMA is still responding to the needs of Katrina victims (even after new and
supposedly improved leadership).......you have to wonder......was the
disorganization really Brown's fault?  OR should other heads really be on
that platter?
