areas- I will report the problem for 2300 Despaux.

Who is picking up item such as hot water heaters and stoves? I've had
someone else's items on my lawn for weeks at 2300 Despaux.  Last week I went
to the house and someone was picking up the trash from my next door
neighbors house that had been gutted.  I spoke with the crew and they said
they were taking care the stove and hot water heater.  Well Joe went there
today and these items are back on my lawn again.
 
I've paid people to clean up my corner lot from other's debris, had the
grass cut, edged but I'm not going to spend anymore un-necessary money now
until there is a handle on the trash pickup.
