I think you should have a word with ATMOS.  Seems they are going around,
disconnecting the flooded gas meters, and capping the lines, which is all
fine.  However, they are tossing the old meters out on the front lawns
rather than take the meters with them.

Rather than add to the mess that needs to be picked up, I see no reason why
they cannot throw the old meter in the truck for disposal some place else.
