I happened to find this earlier, mentioned it to Westley and called Kenney
with Walter's office.  LA DMV has a *mobile*  DMV office which they can send
to different areas.   They offer a multiplicity of services thru this RV.
Kenney said he emailed them, but whenever I go to the DMV website and click
on the mobile DMV office calendar there are **many** open dates.  Here is

It might be something of interest for the parish, just to do the routine DMV
functions.
