Gutting can take place in the Murphy Oil spill area- original and expanded
zones-  if you are told otherwise, please get the name of the person telling
you differently and ask them to please contact me and then please send me
the information.

 I noticed on the SBP website that my house, which is listed for gutting, is
stated as beingin the Murphy Zone.  The zone in which it is located is not
the original Murphy Zone, but the Zone designated by the courts, as a result
of the Class Action suit.  I have had the property tested by an
independent testing agency, and, the findings don't show oil.   I have not
opted out of the suit.
Will the parish allow gutting of this property?  I ask, because two weeks
ago I went to the tent that has the gutting list, and, was told the area for
my house was about
 5 - 6 weeks away from being gutted.  No mention of the Murphy Zone was mde.
Would it help if I were to give the parish the soil test reports, stating no
oil found?
