I spoke with a Murphy representative on Saturday and the he clearly advised
that it was part of the court order. If you had not settled the court
requires Murphy to withhold 7% if you did not retain your own attorney for
payment to the plantiffs attorney(S.
Torres) of the class action suit. But get this it gets even better if you
have retained your own attorney Murphy is required to withhold 12% or your
settlement.
Geeeeeee no thanks Mr. Torres.
