Laurie- the order we did it in-
 
*gut and hose out the place to where the water/mold is
and removed all windows and doors, including frames
*bleach solution sprayed everywhere 1 part bleach:10 parts water
*pressure washed the next day
*removed all wood that was not structural to the house, like blocking,
  that prevents it from being sprayed and blasted, 
*Sporicidin spray everything
*soda blast contractor sprayed everything,vacuumed, sprayed
*Boracare as per previous email just prior to insulating work
*Sporicidin a day after Boracare just prior to insulating work
