I know (sigh).  But I wonder how many times the pork gets in there cuz Rep.
A wants this for his district and thinks it's a good thing so he makes a
deal with Rep. B so B can get his goodies for his district.

	It's a taped that's been played before, but here it goes again. One
person
	alone cannot fix anything. But if that one person can convince
another
	person to help, now you have two. When the second person convinces
someone,
	you have three.
	
	It can take a long time, but eventually, it could happen.
	
	Just look at this list. It's origins date back to November 1998 and
had a
	very slow growth until August of 2005. Patience and persistent can
