Hey CK,

one thing that I have found from reviewing some of the calculations is that
there is little consistency in the LRA formula for the starting price for
the buy out verses repair. When a house has been taken down there is little
argument about the 100 percent cost factor but the trick is still getting
the LRA personnel to use the appropriate valuation of repair or square
footage value. With a house that is standing there is much more room for
the LRA to screw up the repair valuation. Of course this is only an option
if one has already decided not to return to that specific house.
