Craig,

What is the status of hiring a contractor to pick up all the old tires in 
the parish?  I got rid of mine and now more are starting to accumulate in 
the neighborhood again.  This is a problem.  Where are they coming from?  My

husband thinks tire shops in the parish are dumping them to avoid paying the

fee to dispose of them properly.  Any progress on this situation?  Thanks.
