I think that it's wonderful that there's a plan to improve no child left
behind in education.

However, regarding Katrina's victims, I'd also root for a "no adult left
behind" as has been evident by the masses left homeless, financially ruined
and abandoned in many cases.

Imagine, No Adult left behind to give every ADULT victim the chance to
succeed! And, in the process the children's condition would also improve as
the adult situation receives a betterment of life.
