That's why they pay the President the big bucks and give him the ultimate
pen.  If he signed his name to it, shame on him for being that stupid.  He
could have as easily vetoed such legislation as signing it into law.  Just
as others want to blame Foster or Jindal since they're here on the local
level, Big Bill has to take the accept the "buck stop" for his actions while
he was in the Oval Office.  Remember, swords usually have two edges that can
cut either way.  You can't take all the credit for the good you had nothing
to do with yet pass the buck of blame for things you did wrong.

that bill? He only signed what the public voted for.
