I read  on NOLA what some of the residents are
going through having their final inspections denied due to small frivolous
things such as not having an address on the house, or attic stairs not being
cut properly and being told that something or other looks tacky by the
inspector.  


They want to get picky about these things, but what about a modular house
started over a year ago & still sitting unfinished with the yard looking
like cr** ? It was started by a contractor (Home Sweet Home ?) as a spec
house & still sits.  I  called the Parish but nothing has changed.  The
Parsh did cut the grass once, but the contractor still does not do it
regularly.
