[StBernard] Jacob Drive replacement fire station

Ground breaking ceremony, pilings in place, plumbing and slab done, and
steel frame almost completed.
 
Now, it's being dismantled in reverse.  The slab is being removed with
removal probably completed today 
 
What gives? Why has nothing been communicated on this?
