I just posted some new stuff on my Yahoo site and I finally got around to setting up the pic trail account.  There are some pics on pic trail of how I have my work area set up.

If I got on the floor, I could get back up. Might take me a few minutes till I  could crawl over to something to pull my self up.
Problem is I would pay for it for the next 2 to 3 days with back pain worse than usual.
 
Ok it is lat and time for a nap.
