[Woodcarver] Carving stone-honing oil

Hi Bill,
I have an old set of Arkansas slips including my favorite, a little stone
that is translucent white and very fine but ceramics would be more
aggressive and not require the oil. As for stropping, I'm a little
concerned about putting an inside bevel on a turning gouge, OK for carving
gouges though.
