[Woodcarver] Mini Dremel Router

Hi all,
I'd like to know more about the mini router, mounted
on a Dremel, that a contributor wrote about to put a
decorative edge on a shallow piece of stock. (Sorry, I
deleted the digest version without jotting down the
name of the contributor.)

Can you rout an edge on a one-inch thick piece of
stock for a carving's base using the mini Dremel
attachment, or is that too thick? Will it rout a
hardwood like walnut, or just basswood-type species?
For those of us without routers, who want to use power
for base preparation, this seems like a great idea.
Haven't seen the mini router.
