[Woodcarver] I give up

Hi Allen,
You sound like a quitter, remember it is easy to whine and feel sorry for yourself, and expect others to help you out, but it takes a strong spirit to pick yourself up and get on with it.
All I started carving with was a Swiss army knife and an offcut of mahogany that I picked up out of a waste bin at the local lumber mart, If you really want to carve you will, without any help off others. You can obviously afford the internet so do some research and you will find loads of free patterns.
Sorry to be abrupt and unsympathetic, but sometimes people need a good kick in the pants to get on with life.
So get out there and do it, that's if you really want to, or maybe you just need a whine and some sympathy,,,, sorry, wrong place for that.
